Proudly serving Chattanooga, the Scenic City that’s been thriving since 1839!

Nestled in a dramatic bend of the Tennessee River and surrounded by Signal Mountain, Lookout Mountain, and Missionary Ridge, Chattanooga grew from a tiny river landing called Ross’s Landing into a major transportation hub. Incorporated in 1839, the city exploded in the late 1800s when railroads replaced steamboats, earning its nickname “The Dynamo of Dixie” for early industry and electric streetcar lines that reached across the region.

Classic streetcar suburbs sprang up along those lines in the 1880s–1920s, creating some of Chattanooga’s most beloved neighborhoods. Historic Orchard Knob, site of a key 1863 battle turned peaceful residential hill, offers sweeping downtown views. St. Elmo, the grand streetcar suburb at the foot of Lookout Mountain, boasts stunning Victorian and Craftsman homes just steps from the Incline Railway and miles of mountain trails.

From the riverfront Renaissance to the revitalized Southside and NorthShore, Chattanooga blends rugged natural beauty with vibrant urban energy. Whether you’re in a century-old home in St. Elmo, a mid-century ranch on Signal Mountain, or a new build in East Brainerd, we’ve been keeping Chattanooga lawns and landscapes looking their best for years. If you call the Scenic City home, we’ve got you covered!
