Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, dependable Office Manager to keep our day-to-day office operations running smoothly. This role is the hub for incoming calls and leads, scheduling, dispatching crews, coordinating estimate meetings, and ensuring follow-through on billing and administrative tasks. You’ll work closely with ownership, field leadership, and our accountant to maintain an efficient workflow and excellent customer communication.
Starting Pay
- Negotiable based on experience, performance and availability.
Responsibilities (Could include but not limited to)
- Answer phones, respond to voicemails, and handle general receptionist/secretary duties.
- Manage lead intake (website/Facebook/phone), gather job details, and route leads appropriately.
- Schedule estimate appointments and coordinate calendars/availability.
- Assist with dispatching and daily schedule coordination (routing, adjustments, customer notifications).
- Direct calls to the right person, take detailed messages, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and basic customer communications (text/email/calls).
- Track job status and help keep scheduling software/CRM updated (notes, addresses, contact info).
- Follow up on unpaid invoices and past-due balances professionally and consistently.
- Prepare and submit timesheets/hours to our accountant (weekly/biweekly cadence).
- Organize basic records: invoices, receipts, vendor bills, and internal documentation.
- Support office supply ordering and general administrative organization.
- Maintain confidentiality with customer and business information.
Requirements
- Strong organization and attention to detail (able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping balls).
- Professional phone etiquette and strong written communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers and common tools (email, spreadsheets, scheduling software, texting).
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and follow established processes.
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability during business hours.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass standard onboarding requirements (eligibility verification, etc.).
Preferred (Not Required)
- Prior experience in an office manager/administrative assistant/receptionist role.
- Experience in home services (landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, etc.).
- Familiarity with scheduling/CRM tools (Jobber or similar), or invoicing workflows.
- Experience with dispatching routes or coordinating field crews.
- Basic bookkeeping/admin experience (purchase receipts, invoice tracking, deposits).

Position Overview
We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Team Members / Helpers. In this role, you’ll perform day-to-day landscape maintenance, mowing, cleanup, shrubs/hedge trimming, and project support. No experience is required — we will train the right person — but a strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
This position will be seasonal March-Nov with opportunity for full time employment based on performance.
Starting Pay
- $16.00/Hour (based on experience and performance)
Responsibilities (Could include but not limited to)
- Perform weekly lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing of properties.
- Assist with shrub pruning, plant maintenance, and seasonal cleanups.
- Remove debris, leaves, brush, and storm-related material as needed.
- Support landscape installations (mulch, sod, plants, trees, gravel, river rock, etc.).
- Operate equipment such as push mowers, zero-turns, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
- Follow assigned routes and complete tasks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance on job sites.
- Communicate respectfully with customers and team members.
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
Requirements
- Must be reliable and able to show up on time.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in heat/cold, and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license preferred (not required for all positions).
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and improve skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass standard onboarding requirements (eligibility verification, etc.).
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous landscaping, mowing, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience.
- Experience with zero-turn mowers or landscaping equipment.
- Basic understanding of lawn care, weed identification, or plant health.
- Customer service or client-facing experience.

We are seeking a dependable, experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader (Route Lead) to run a mowing/maintenance route and lead a small crew day-to-day. This role is hands-on: you’ll operate equipment, manage pace/quality on site, communicate with customers when needed, and ensure the route stays on schedule. Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to lead by example are essential.
Starting Pay
- $18.00–$20.50/hour (based on experience and performance)
Responsibilities (Could include but not limited to)
- Lead and complete weekly lawn maintenance routes (mow, trim, edge, blow).
- Operate commercial equipment: zero-turn mowers, trimmers/weedeaters, blowers, and hand tools.
- Ensure quality standards are met on every property (clean lines, consistent cut, thorough cleanup).
- Keep the crew moving efficiently while maintaining safe work practices.
- Load/unload equipment safely and help maintain a clean, organized trailer/truck setup.
- Communicate respectfully with customers when questions come up on site.
- Track route progress and report issues (property notes, access problems, customer concerns).
- Identify and report equipment problems, damage, or safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company well at all times.
Requirements
- Must be dependable and show up on time, ready to work.
- Valid driver’s license required (clean driving record preferred).
- Prior experience running a mowing/maintenance route required.
- Demonstrated ability to operate commercial mowers and weedeaters safely and efficiently.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in heat/cold, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to follow direction, stay organized, and lead a team with a professional attitude.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass standard onboarding requirements (eligibility verification, etc.).
Preferred (Not Required)
- Prior crew leadership/foreman experience.
- Experience with commercial properties (HOAs, retail, office sites, etc.).
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills (belts, blades, minor adjustments).
- Customer service experience and strong communication skills.
