Yes. One-time visits are common for things like cleanups, mulch/rock installs, pruning, drainage work, brush removal, and “get it back in shape” projects.
For lawn mowing, we’re not able to offer single cuts in most cases unless it’s included as part of a larger property cleanup.
Our standard “mow-and-go” includes mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing off hard surfaces like driveways, sidewalks, decks/stoops, and walkways.
Yes—weekly and bi-weekly plans are both available. We’ll recommend a cadence based on growth rate, the season, and how you want the lawn to look.
Pricing depends on lot size, slope/obstacles, trimming detail, and how fast the yard grows. As a very rough reference, many mowing visits fall in the $69–$99 range, but some are less and some are more. We’ll give a clear quote before we start.
We’re based in the Chattanooga area and commonly serve neighborhoods like Chattanooga, Stuart Heights, Rivermont, Red Bank, Hixson, Soddy-Daisy, Signal Mountain, North Chattanooga, Riverview, Falling Water, Middle Valley, Fairfax Heights, and Lupton City.
Don’t see your specific area listed? Don’t hesitate to reach out and ask—we do make exceptions, and we can travel outside this area for larger projects.
For lawn mowing, we typically serve the areas listed above.
For landscaping projects, we cover Chattanooga and the greater Chattanooga area, and we can travel up to about an hour depending on the scope of work.
Yes. We do commercial work and full-service groundskeeping/maintenance. If you’re managing a business, community, or multi-acre property, we can build a plan that fits the site and expectations.
Not necessarily. Many maintenance plans are set up to be straightforward and flexible (including “no-contract” options on certain packages). If anything requires a special agreement (large multi-phase work, commercial scopes, etc.), we’ll keep it simple and spell it out upfront.
Use the “Request a Quote” option on the site or contact us directly. Helpful info includes your address, what services you want, photos (if you have them), and any timing goals.
We do. Winter is often a great time for cleanups, pruning, brush clearing, planting, drainage work, and “reset” projects—basically anything that doesn’t rely on peak growing season.
A downspout drain moves roof water away from the house (often by burying the downspouts and piping the water to a safe exit point). A French drain is designed to collect and redirect water in saturated areas of the yard or along problem spots where water lingers. A lot of properties benefit from a mix.
Yes. We can look at where the water is coming from and how it’s moving, then talk through practical options—anything from simple extensions to more involved underground drainage, French drains, or dry creek beds.
Yes—reach out and we’ll schedule a time to take a look and discuss options for your property.
We do a wide range, including landscaping installs and refreshes, landscape restoration, mulch/pine straw, river rock/stone, shrub pruning, tree planting, brush removal, seasonal cleanups, leaf removal, sod installation, drainage, and more.
Yes. That’s a common request—clearing, cutting back, cleanup/haul-off, and getting the property usable again.
Yes. We offer leaf cleanup/removal, and we can do it as a one-time cleanup or as seasonal visits depending on what the property needs.
Yes—sod installation is one of our most sought after services, and we’ll walk you through prep, install, and early care so it establishes well.
Sometimes—light weather can be fine, but we don’t force it when it’s going to tear up turf or leave a mess. If conditions aren’t right, we reschedule and keep you in the loop.
Please pick up toys, hoses, pet waste and move vehicles if you want full access, and make sure gates are unlocked. If you have pets, a quick heads-up on where they’ll be helps too.
Usually not for mowing. For sod installs or certain project work, it can be helpful—if we need anything specific, we’ll tell you ahead of time.
Yes—Galloway’s Lawn Service is licensed and insured. Specific insurance details can be provided if needed, especially on larger projects or Government jobs requiring proof.
We keep billing straightforward. Some services are per-visit, some are per-project, some are hourly, and some maintenance plans can be structured across the year. If you require specific line items, just ask.
We accept all major credit cards, debit, check, or ACH Bank transfers payment.
Tell us. The fastest way is to reach out soon after the service with a quick note and a photo if possible. We’ll take a look and work toward a fair fix. Send to service@gallowayslawnservice.com
Yes. If you have specifics—mow height, areas to avoid, gates—share them once and we’ll do our best to follow realistic goals.
