Proudly serving Lookout Mountain, Tennessee – the crown jewel atop one of the South’s most legendary peaks!

Rising dramatically over 1,800 feet above the Tennessee River, Lookout Mountain’s Tennessee side began welcoming permanent residents in the 1880s when the narrow-gauge Lookout Incline Railway (opened 1888) and the grand Lookout Inn turned the summit into a world-famous resort destination. After the original inn burned in 1909, the area shifted from seasonal tourists to year-round families, and the Town of Lookout Mountain, Tennessee, officially incorporated in 1927. The charming village layout still follows the old wagon roads and trolley routes that once carried visitors to Rock City, Ruby Falls, and Point Park.

With its winding lanes, stone gateways, and breathtaking seven-state views, Lookout Mountain blends Gilded Age cottages, Tudor revivals, and elegant modern homes in neighborhoods like Historic District, Scenic Highway estates, and newer enclaves such as The Brow. Just minutes from downtown Chattanooga yet a world away in elevation and serenity, it’s a place where porches face sunsets over the Cumberland Plateau and morning fog rolls through the valley below.

From century-old gardens to brand-new mountaintop builds, we’ve been keeping Lookout Mountain lawns, landscapes, and outdoor spaces pristine for years. If you call Lookout Mountain home, we’ve got you covered!
