Proudly serving Northshore and North Chattanooga—two of the most vibrant and historic communities along the Tennessee River!

Originally established in the mid-1800s as the town of Hill City, North Chattanooga grew as a residential and industrial hub just across the river from downtown Chattanooga. With the arrival of streetcars and rail lines in the late 19th century, the area quickly became a desirable neighborhood for families seeking scenic views and easy access to the city.

Today, the Northshore district blends historic charm with modern energy. Tree-lined streets, beautifully restored homes, and walkable local businesses make it one of Chattanooga’s most beloved neighborhoods. Landmarks like the iconic Walnut Street Bridge and riverfront Coolidge Park connect residents and visitors to miles of green space, outdoor recreation, and stunning views of Lookout Mountain.

With established neighborhoods such as Northshore, Hill City, Riverview, and Stuart Heights, the area is known for mature trees, historic homes, and beautifully maintained landscapes. Maintaining healthy lawns, proper drainage, and thoughtful landscaping is essential in these riverfront and hillside properties.

From century-old homes to newly renovated properties, we’ve been helping Northshore and North Chattanooga homeowners keep their lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces looking their best for years. If you call North Chattanooga home, we’ve got you covered.
