Proudly serving Soddy-Daisy, Chattanooga’s laid-back northern gateway with deep roots and lake-life charm!
What started in the 1820s as a scattered collection of farms and coal mines around the rushing waters of Soddy Creek took big steps forward in the 1860s when the Cincinnati Southern Railway pushed through the Sequatchie Valley. The twin communities of Soddy (named for early settler William Sodder) and Daisy (after Daisy Parks, daughter of the local coal baron) grew side-by-side along the tracks, finally merging into Soddy-Daisy in 1969.
Tucked between the Cumberland Plateau and the shores of Chickamauga Lake, this is a place of steep wooded ridges, clear mountain creeks, and some of the best fishing and boating in Southeast Tennessee. Neighborhoods like Mowbray Mountain, Lakesite, and the historic coal-era homes along Dayton Pike still carry that easygoing, small-town feel—yet you’re only 20 minutes from downtown Chattanooga.
From classic brick ranches to new lakefront builds, we’ve been keeping Soddy-Daisy lawns, landscapes, and outdoor spaces looking sharp for years. If you call Soddy-Daisy home, we’ve got you covered!
